Do you provide a contract and terms and condition?
YES - We will provide you with a contract along with the terms and condition svia email which you would need to read though and agree to.
Do you have public liability insurance and is your equipment P.A.T tested?
YES - We are covered up to £10,000,000 in PLI and all equipment is P.A.T tested annually.
Do you need a deposit?.
YES - All bookings made will need a deposit fee and the term and conditions signed to 100% confirm your selected event date. Without those then the date will still be open to other bookings.
Can we make a playlist or make music requests?
YES - You are welcome to make a playlist of song you want or do not want playing, and we do take request on and before the event. When you book with us you will get some login details were you have access to the music planner.
Do you take payments on the night?
NO - We take a deposit within the 14 days of sending the booking agreement, and the remaining balance need to be paid 14 days before the event date. This can be paid in installments or in full, if the booking is made with less than 14 days of the event date the balance will need to be paid in full. The only time we would take cash on the night if there is a problem with the payment system.
Do you refund if there is a problem?
YES - Refunds will be made back to the same card you used to make the payment(s) with and can take up to 5-10 working days to return to your selected account. Bank transfer will be returned within the same way along with cash payments.
